BEH130 C18與BEH300 C18的柱耐受性考察(低pH條件下加速)
色譜柱會因為物理原因和化學原因而失效。在低pH條件下,柱壽命短的主要原因是鍵合相的水解,這會導致肽保留的顯著改變。BEH技術色譜柱包含了沃特世專有的鍵合與封端技術,能夠產生穩定的鍵合相。在低pH條件下穩定性測試中,BEH C18柱顯示出極少的保留損失。
經過嚴格測試以確保填料批次的可重現性
每一批ACQUITY UPLC和XBridge BEH 130和BEH300 C18填料,都經過嚴格測試以確保持續*的色譜性能。每根色譜柱的產品分析證書,都報告了該批次色譜填料的物理、化學和色譜測試結果,包括使用牛細胞色素C的胰蛋白酶解物作為混標檢測的分離結果。
為肽的純化簡化色譜柱選擇
可以使用單一C18柱,分離廣泛范圍下的各種肽。在UPLC柱或HPLC分析柱上所得的條件與分離,可以很方便的放大到相應的OBD制備柱上用于制備純化,不同粒徑的填料化學選擇性**。OBD技術(Optimum Bed Density,柱床密度),沃特世通過這項技術,以確保獲得較穩定的填充柱床,從而延長制備柱的柱壽命(物理穩定性)。
